END USER LICENSE AGREEMENT

IMPORTANT - PLEASE READ THIS DOCUMENT IN ITS ENTIRETY.

This End User License Agreement or "EULA" represents an agreement between you and WingowsPoker.com/TH. T Dynamic Gaming Systems Corp Ltd. as referred to in this document which is responsible for the operation of the internet site www.WingowsPoker.com. This agreement is legally binding, and by downloading the software and installing it, you agree to be bound by the terms of this EULA.

1. GRANT OF LICENCE. WingowsPoker.com/TH. T Dynamic Gaming Systems Corp Ltd. grants you a non-exclusive, personal, non-transferable right to install and use the software, provided you comply with the terms and conditions listed within this EULA.
2. USE OF SOFTWARE. You may download, install and use the software available from WingowsPoker.com/TH. T Dynamic Gaming Systems Corp Ltd.. This software is not to be used by (i) persons under the age of 18, (ii) persons under the legal age of majority in their home country or jurisdiction, and (iii) persons who are governed by laws of their home country or jurisdiction which deem connecting to our site and the use of our software illegal.
3. DISCLAIMER OF WARRANTY. WingowsPoker.com/TH. T Dynamic Gaming Systems Corp Ltd. provides you with the software, which is available to you "AS IS". WingowsPoker.com/TH. T Dynamic Gaming Systems Corp Ltd. does not provide you, the user, with any warranties in conjunction with our software. We do not warrant that our site and servers will remain error free, or that the services our servers are in place to provide shall be free from interruption, or crashing.
4. SOFTWARE MODIFICATIONS. The user is prohibited from modifying, decompiling, disassembling or reverse-engineering the software in any way. WingowsPoker.com/TH. T Dynamic Gaming Systems Corp Ltd. reserves the right to terminate any user found to be using "modified" software. WingowsPoker.com/TH. T Dynamic Gaming Systems Corp Ltd., without limitation, also reserves the right to terminate the violating user's account and seize any monies held in the corresponding "real money" account.
5. PROHIBITED USES. The software is solely intended for use by the individual user. "Bot software", "robots", or the use of artificial intelligence of any kind in conjunction with our software is forbidden. Illegal use of the software, including collusion or fraudulent activity, will result in the termination of the involved users. WingowsPoker.com/TH. T Dynamic Gaming Systems Corp Ltd. reserves the right to terminate the violating users' accounts and seize any monies held in the corresponding "real money" accounts.
6. TRUE IDENTITY. You may only hold one account with WingowsPoker.com/TH. T Dynamic Gaming Systems Corp Ltd.. The name on your WingowsPoker.com/TH. T Dynamic Gaming Systems Corp Ltd. account must match your legally registered name. Account registration for "real money" accounts must match the name on the credit card(s) and/or 3 rd party deposit options such as NETELLER, used to deposit monies into your WingowsPoker.com/TH. T Dynamic Gaming Systems Corp Ltd. account. Users found to have more than one account will be subject to termination and seizure of any funds in the corresponding "real money" accounts.
7. SECURITY. Users are to keep their user ID and corresponding password completely confidential. Users will be responsible for any and all activity and use of the WingowsPoker.com/TH. T Dynamic Gaming Systems Corp Ltd. software and the WingowsPoker.com/TH. T Dynamic Gaming Systems Corp Ltd. website conducted thru their user ID, and therefore will be held liable for any activity deemed inappropriate.
8. LANGUAGE. Offensive or Abusive language is prohibited on WingowsPoker.com/TH. T Dynamic Gaming Systems Corp Ltd. table chat boards, and with any correspondence, written or verbal, to the staff at WingowsPoker.com/TH. T Dynamic Gaming Systems Corp Ltd.. Users violating this policy will have their playing privileges suspended at the sole discretion of WingowsPoker.com/TH. T Dynamic Gaming Systems Corp Ltd..
9. LIABILITY LIMITATION. In no instance will WingowsPoker.com/TH. T Dynamic Gaming Systems Corp Ltd. be held liable for any damages, incidental, punitive or consequential, resulting from the use, misuse or the inability to use the software provided. This includes, without limitation, damages such the loss of business profits, interruption of business, loss of information or loss of privacy due to the use of the software, regardless if WingowsPoker.com/TH. T Dynamic Gaming Systems Corp Ltd. has been advised of possibilities of such damages. At no time will WingowsPoker.com/TH. T Dynamic Gaming Systems Corp Ltd. be liable for any viruses which could result in damage or loss of data on the user's computer equipment.
10. INACTIVE ACCOUNTS. Users who do not "log in" to their account using their user ID and password for a period of 4 months will have their account classified as "inactive". WingowsPoker.com/TH. T Dynamic Gaming Systems Corp Ltd. reserves the right to deduct a minimal fee from the user's corresponding "real money" account each month the account remains inactive. Should the account be reactivated by the user - the account will be listed as "active", and the fee will no longer apply.
11. TERMINATION. Users are entitled to close their account and terminate this agreement at any time. You may terminate your account by sending us an e-mail at support@Wingowspoker.com , expressing your wishes to do so. WingowsPoker.com/TH. T Dynamic Gaming Systems Corp Ltd. may terminate this agreement at any time, without notice, should the user be deemed to have violated any of the terms contained within this EULA. Should your WingowsPoker.com/TH. T Dynamic Gaming Systems Corp Ltd. account be terminated, all copies of our software must be erased from your computer.
12. INDEMNITY. The user agrees that WingowsPoker.com/TH. T Dynamic Gaming Systems Corp Ltd., its employees, officers, directors and affiliates will not be held liable for any costs, without limitation, resulting from a breach of agreement by the user.
13. AMENDMENT. WingowsPoker.com/TH. T Dynamic Gaming Systems Corp Ltd. may, at its sole discretion, at any time, without notice, make changes to this EULA. This EULA negates all previous agreements. It is the responsibility of the user to review the EULA regularly. The continued use of WingowsPoker.com/TH. T Dynamic Gaming Systems Corp Ltd. software will constitute binding acceptance by the user to this EULA or any amendments, additions, deletions or replacements. Should the user find any of these unacceptable, the user must then terminate this agreement, and erase any copies of the software from their computer.
14. SEVERABILITY. If a provision of this Agreement is or becomes illegal, invalid or unenforceable in any jurisdiction, that shall not affect the validity or enforceability in that jurisdiction of any other provision hereof or the validity or enforceability in other jurisdictions of that or any other provision hereof.
