Under the Gun:

The position to the left of the big blind which acts first before board cards are dealt

Underpair:

An underpair is a pocket pair that is smaller than any card on the board. For example, if you hold pocket fives and the board is 6,8,Q, you hold an underpair

Up Card:

Cards that are dealt face up for opponents to see
